Once the tables have been set up, you are able to login to ListMail and you have created the list(s) to be added to, your guy should be able to start.  His script basically needs to generate the correct data and insert a row into the ListMail user table.  A script he can and should use for reference can be found at the following URL:

For best results you might copy and paste the example code into a file and send it attached to an email.
