i just had the server reloaded to plesk since i had a better turn out with it
that way,

so far ive only installed LMP on it and did the tweaks per your thread.

Anytime - I am very familiar with Plesk.  You may want to wait until you really need me again, though, as your original problem may not be a problem anymore. I *could* help by compiling in "outgoingip" (allows you to choose which of your IPs to send from) and "big-todo" (so your queue doesnt get stuck on failing addresses such as Yahoo or HotMail]) qmail patches, however.  I know how to do that without breaking Plesk.
