Hi Jody,

Sorry to hear you're having troubles.  Has it since resolved itself?

A couple questions: Did you see an upgrade message on the login page once you uploaded the new files?  Did you wait until it said "Done!", or were there errors?  Did you re-download the v1.8 ZIP before upgrading (some issues were fixed recently)?

I got that message, too... but before I hit the panic button I shut dfown my browser and started over. ListMailPro figured it out, updated the tables, and works fine!

I suspect this error occurs when one fails to browse to the ListMail login page after updating.  It could also be caused by browser caching failing to re-load the login page.

so i closed everything down and re-started my browser,
LM detected the new files and was updating them...
i then got this message:
Upgrade detected! running..
Your Version: 1.77  New Version: 1.8
Please wait..
20Unknown column 'urows' in 'lm_config'

I am now able to login - i just want to make sure that the msg i received won 't cause anything unstable to happen

Jody,

Looks like only part of the update took effect.  What needs to be done is the field "sortops" needs to be renamed to "urows" in the lm_config table.  After that, the update could be able to be run again.

What I suggest is you submit a tech request of the type "Other" at http://listmailpro.com/support so that I can take a look to make sure nothing undesirable is happening.
