Is there a fix for this.  Was One of the first purchasers of the new ListMailPro back in 2004

In case you used any of those methods and you are still getting this warning, you most likely misspelled the timezone identifier. You could add this anywhere near the top of admin.php after the opening <?php tag:

date_default_timezone_set('UTC');
or you or your host could add this to php.ini:

date.timezone = UTC
UTC could be replaced with your preferred server-supported timezone, e.g. America/New_York
