Hey ListMail General Support Team,
Its alton sanders here...,
For some reason another "listmail" is opening everyone of its directories
and files in the text format except one. That one is the "listmail's"
logo.gif file, it acutually show the "listmail's" header picture.
Therefore, this server not supporting "php" is not the fault.
At this point I deliriously do not understand it.
Out of the over 50 combined directories and files.
There is not a file that upload "listmail's" login box so
the "listmail's" control panel can be access via the host server as I
mention earlier.
1. I did a backup of the previous host MySQL tables.
2. Unfortunately the system do not give access permission
to extract the zip directory files in my computer
directory files, nor after the previous MySQL table
backup is upload on the new host.
Anyway, that means manually doing the task .
3. At this point time is critical.
I think now I have 13 days remaining out of the 56 days
test drive satisfation guaranteed.
Never-the-less, within the time left it reasonable
enough to reach some sort of resolution to the issue.
But anyway, bound the terms I think that its a
square deal for each.
Will you address this issue for me?
