If I'm using Yahoo for my email address instead of my URL, will the bounced emails still be handled properly?

Most likely.  The "Send From Email" and "Send From Name" are what will appear to your subscribers and be used for replies.  Bounces will be sent to the "Bounce to address" on the Listmail Configuration page.
