I am considering this for the future, however
I'm sure there must be some way to automate it - for example there are programs that will SAVE entire websites from their location, then simply run a PDF converted on the saved webpages for the entire help section...
Other than that, I'm not sure how valuable this is, the online help is excellent and updated FREQUENTLY, why would anyone want to mess with re-printing hundreds of pages of a printable manual every few months when new versions are release? And believe me, I love manuals, but I don't see a need for it with LMP...
