Hi,

Ijust set up listmailpro on my server. Once I ran the database install I clicked on "configuration" and it took me to the login screen. What password shall I use as I haven't set one yet?

Thanks

Thanks for your reply, I've tried using 'install' as a password but it keeps saying it is incorrect, I just cannot undersatnd what is happening, I deleted and reinstalled the database 5 times and this keeps happening.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

"install" is indeed the default password - it should be used if the ListMail password is not set.

When you try to login is there a 7 second delay and a message that says "this attempt has been logged"? Or, do you simply get 'bounced' back to the login screen?

The latter might be a cookie problem or a server anomaly, which can be caused by a very old version of PHP (guessing a bit, 4.3+ should be fine) or other configuration issue.

Try clearing the cookies for your ListMail domain in your browser settings, and try another browser, ie. FireFox instead of Internet Explorer

If you continue to have troubles please submit a bug report and I will investigate.
