can't find the remove addresses

Hi, I can't seem to find the email addresses that have asked to be removed.  I go to "user database" on any list, and select show "removed".  It always says 0 of 0, even when I know that the remove process was followed and confirmed..    what am I doing wrong?

Hi Russ,

You need to enable "keep removed users in database but don't mail" for your list(s).

Perhaps I should turn this option on by default, since the dropdown is always there on the user database page.

yes, I think that would be best..  at this point, I guess the only way that I can determine who has unsubscribed is to download the existing list on the server and compare to the original that I uploaded..

Also a really nice feature would be a universal remove option.  I have multiple lists, but all on the same domain. So I need to opt them out of the domain and all mailings, more than just the individual list.

This is now a feature of remove links but isn't yet possible from the User Database.

The "Keep removed users in database but don't mail" option is now enabled by default when installing ListMail and creating lists.
