I am sorry but the thread really doesn't help me with my problem. I have several urgent emails to send and the technical responses you sent me to do not seem to be related to the error message I am recieving ..
Please wait while your email is queued to send ... duplicate entry "0" for key "1"
There are no communications in front of the one I am trying to send so there should be no delay in sending.
Could you please explain to me as simply as possible, what you think may be the problem here.
In the meantime I will fill in your help request form.
