Yes, I run ListMail and a few other projects including server management, hosting, other web sites, etc. on my own. I'm in the Pacific time zone (-8GMT) but it's not necessarily a good indicator of when I'm at my computer.
Many days later I am still encountering some basic problems getting it to work at all..... see earlier unanswered postings.
I apologize for the delay - I took a couple days off this weekend (for a change) to get out of the house.
How does this customer support system work, in case I am expecting too much?
