Problems Unsubscribing Users

Hi Everybody,

I am having a hard time to make the unsubscribe process work.

When I am in the Unsubscribe Confirmation screen and I hit the button Remove Me, I got the following message:

Warning: Variable passed to each() is not an array or object in /var/www/html/listmail/signup.php on line 27
Warning: reset(): Passed variable is not an array or object in /var/www/html/listmail/signup.php on line 63
Warning: Variable passed to each() is not an array or object in /var/www/html/listmail/signup.php on line 65

Warning: Variable passed to each() is not an array or object in /var/www/html/listmail/signup.php on line 133

Does anybody know what I did wrong?

Thanks,
Alex

That message is sometimes shown when the list # is not provided...  There is also a somewhat known anomally where adding or removing "www." from your site URL can cause this.

Are you using form-based, or "Remove Link" message code style of removal?

Hi DW,

I don't know what you mean with form-based and "Remove Link", sorry about that.

I have my unsubscribe confirmation code in the listmail configuration, I don't have a separate html page doing that.

If you want access my unssubscribe page it is at www.mirapath.com/unsubscribe.html. I created a user dw@dw.com if you want to try to remove it.

Thanks a lot,

DW

No, it is not.

I still get the same message.

I can access the unsubscribe page, and click "Unsubscribe". When I go to the unsubscribe confirmation and click at "Remove me" I get the message.

Thanks,

DW

Try removing the "www" from your ListMail URL.  Some servers have trouble with this.  Failing that, upgrade to at least v1.85.  If it still doesn't work I'll take a hands-on look for free.

Hi DW,

I tried to remove the "www" and it still doesn't work.

I'm also using the V 1.85.

Thanks again for your help,

DW
