Problem with Preview/Live Text Message Only

Preview of Text Message Only comes out blank, both on Preview and Live email.
In 1.84 I would delete or blank out the HTML bottom portion of the screen and hit Preview, and the Text Message would come through. Now this doesn't work for the Welcome or Confirmation Messages.

I was trying to set up a custom text message for a "signature" that includes a link. I set up a signtext and signhtml code for this purpose.
And since the codes doesn't work on the Preview, I set up a Live email to test this out.

Any suggestions?

It would appear that there a few variables on the message editing page that are not always being passed or interpreted causing minor (from what I've seen so far) unexpected results.  I haven't been able to recreate this particular error yet.  Can you tell me the exact steps you are taking to cause it?
