Redirect Problem With Go Button
« on: October 23, 2006, 07:19:49 pm »
Have set  up a List Mail account for free information.  When a reader at my site hits the Go Button to sign-up, an error message comes up as "Front Page Error" and please see server's system log.  The error log for my site says, in essence, File does not exist, but I have not a clue which file they are talking about.  There area about 150 entries in the log (which I just discovered today) and they all say File does not exist.  Any ideas?

Redirect Problem With Go Button

Hi Ed,

An example of a ListMail signup form can be seen from within ListMail on the "List Settings" -> "Signup Code" page.

You should make sure there are no other <form tags before the ListMail form unless the closing tag </form> comes first.

The form points to ListMail's signup.php file (http://example.com/mail/signup.php) and expects ListMail to be installed at http://example.com/mail

Please let me know if I can be of further assistance!
