Having to sign in twice to register for ListMail

Hello

We have a sign in box on our site that links to ListMail. However, in a newly set up sign in box, we have found that when you register you get our list 1 messages but have to sign in again to get information on another list that this sign in box is actually intended for.

Can you help?!  :shock:

I'm not sure I understand... Are you using multi-list subscription, trying to subscribe users to more than one list?  Or are you trying to set the list to a single list but -not- the one the user ends up being signed up to?

Thanks for the quick response, it was acutally related to your second tip but luckily it is working today so I'm not sure what heppened yesterday when I was trying to set this up!
