In the past, the mailing list site I used I guess would create a text version automatically from the HTML version.

Is there some tool to make it easier with ListMailPro?

It seems that it takes too much work to do it manually.

Hi Steve,

There is unfortunately no way to automatically create a text version at this time. You can either create it manually or use a message code of the type "Link to HTML" as your text message. This code will output a link the user can click to view the personalized HTML message with their web browser.

Hummm, so "message code of the type "Link to HTML"" means there is a message code called "Link to HTML" that dynamically creates a link to some HTML version on the web?

Can you explain a bit more? I didn't find much about this in the Help section.

That's right. Click "Message Codes" -> "Global Codes" and create a code of the type "Link to HTML". This code outputs optional text and a link the subscriber can click to view the HTML section of the same message in their web browser.
