Sign up newsletters and follow ups

I am still having problems with my newletter and follow ups.

I have 2 areas which people can sign up to my newsletter......the top right box sends out my newsletter but no follow up and the bottom box sends out the confrim letter saying......thank you for signing up to good dogs....its good to know you are there.....with no follow up.

I have set up the follow ups as we have discussed before and I don't know why the bottom box does not send out the same message.

People who register in the bottom box their details are not added to the data base.

The dailymail says that the follow ups are going out...but are not received by the person who has signed up.

Followups are set on a per-list basis so if each signup form subscribes to a different list it will require an additional set of followups.

The dailymail says that the follow ups are going out...but are not received by the person who has signed up.

Dailymail uses the same sending process as "Send Email".  Can you send test messages to a test list and receive them?
