Hi Don,
I ran a couple of tests as you suggested. The first test was with a small CSV with 5 email addresses in it but also with some extraneous data at the end of the file that was put in by our CRM program that generated the csv file. This causes the problem as reported. Here's the file:
"First Name","Last Name","Email","Email Opt Out","Phone","Account Name"
"Sean","Rees","valleyboy35@?
?.com","0","","Prospects"
"Jose","Pereira","josepereira570@?
?.com","0","","Prospects"
"Barry","Merga","bmerga@?
?.com","0","","Prospects"
"Curtis","Cronin","curtz57@?
?.com","0","","Prospects"
"Michael","Davey","turkeymd@?
?.com","0","","Prospects"
"Email list"

I then ran a 2nd test after removing the junk at the end of the file and the import ran ok! A case of making sure the data is ALL good before hitting the import button, I guess! It would have been nice if LMP could have just ignored the bad data - what do you think?
Many thanks,
James
