Two problems with my LMP

I have been out of the country for a while and my
LMP has been doing very well but I have a few
issues I need to fix.

1) I get people that want to get off the list and can
not remove themselves with the remove link, it just
brings up a blank pages and does not remove them..

2) On several of my follow-up messages the links
are picking up other text making the link different
than it should be.

On many occasions the word "Thanks" two lines
below my link will become part of the link somehow
even though there is a full empty line of space
between them...
