Note to all the welcome/confirm message issue was due to a bug with detecting imported user ID #s under certain unknown conditions.  It will be fixed post v1.87d.

Mike, are you still having other problems?

The fixes you sent me for the edituser.php file seemed to have fixed this problem.

Now importing to list 1 sends the message properly, thanks!
