Selfcontained E-Mail message (include pictures in Mail)

Hi
I would like to send out mailings which contain everything in the message as such. So instead of having the pictures included as links I would like to have them included in the message. This way I can ensure that offline readers also get full messages with pictures and everything.
Is this something which is possible?

This is possible but not currently a feature.  I didn't implement it right away because mailing with "inline" HTML images significantly increases the size of your message, the sending time, and the load on your server.  With large lists it is not be recommended to use inline images, file attachments, or send large HTML+Text messages.

Unfortunately I cannot say if or when this feature will be implemented.
