still sending out to the list twice

I haven't really had a good reply to this problem yet and I'm due to send out to my list again this week.

Yes I'm sending the email as a send email and not as a follow up would this make a difference.
I have uploaded the new 1.77b but was wondering why the newer files were smaller than my originals and sent a private email to Dean but have had no reply either.
I would just like to get this resolved.

Chris,

I apologize if I missed your email.  My mailbox is flooded with spam - I simply cannot go through every email anymore.  Please post all future inquiries in the message forum, submit them via the contact form, or order tech support.

I'm hoping the more recent files will make a difference but as far as I know your old ones didn't have the problem I was hinting at.  This may be a server issue. :(
