How do I go about getting a full refund, i have tried to get this listmail working without success and have decided it would be better for me to go to another provider like Aweber as they provide a full support service. I cannot afford to invest days of my time trying to get this program installed and running properly. I was never warned this would be a full time occupation to install before you can even get it to run.

ListMail is intended to be an "add-on" to your web site.  A domain and commercial web host are required.  If you cannot manage with the help at http://listmailpro.com/help I would be willing to offer priority email support above the forum to keep you as a customer.  This would not include hands-on support, however.  Typically priority support with hands-on assistance is ordered at http://listmailpro.com/support

Should you not have a web host or not have a web host supportive of ListMail's requirements (http://www.listmailpro.com/help/requirements.html) you can view recommended hosts (and even get a free installation as my referral) at http://listmailpro.com/forum/index.php?topic=1699.0

Please let me know if you would like to proceed with the refund and I will forward the request to ClickBank immediately.
