I have recently moved hosting providers. All was working until the move. But since then, subcribers no longer are removed from previous lists when signed up to other lists.
I have it so that subscribers join through a capture page when they first enter the website. This puts them on a free mailing list. When they join the membership site, they should be automatically removed from the free list. When and if they remove themselves from the mentoring program, they should go to a third list of expired users.
None of the removals are happening. New users are signed up to the mentoring list fine, but remain on the freelist. If I remove them from the mentoring program, they do not go to the expired list.
I have checked all the list settings and they are fine so am wondering if it is a setting or something with the change in host provider? I have integrated listmailpro with amember and that seems to be fine.
