I have set up a link for tracking and although the number hits is being recorded it is not recording the email, name or list information in the "Tracked Hits" section. It just lists a ? under each heading.

Any ideas apreciated.

Hi John,

Question marks are displayed when user information is not available. Could you have the "Keep removed users in database but don't mail" option disabled for your list? If so, removed or bounced users may not show up in tracking.

I don't think so as the list I am using has several test email addres that I own. Obviously just to test the list before sending live emails.

All the five addresses or currently active and the "Keep removed users in database but don't mail" is enabled on al of the lists I have setup.

It is strange...any other ideas?

Hi John,

No more ideas, really... Link tracking is undergoing a major overhaul for the next update - it needs a lot of work.

If you want to submit your info I can investigate this for you.
