Hi there,

got two questions, couldn't find an emailadress on the site so i put it here.

1.

ListMail is to be orderd for $195 on the site, when ordering I choos the PayPal option and after completing the purchase it is suddenly $232,05, I think it is the tax, but I'm from Europe and I have a  VAT number. But there was no option to choose, by logging into PayPal the payment was already done. Hoe can I get back the too much paid money?

2.

I uploaded my files, edited the config.txt file and renamed it to config.php and then i tried http://mydomain.com/mail

I get a 404 page, the map is correct and the files are there.

how do I get further in the installation process?

p.s. I followed instructions in teh Online Manual.

I have heard of this before.  I think ClickBank must fail to tell you about an additional VAT fee they charge...  this is somewhat ridiculous of them to impose without warning. If you want to refund the sale and send me $195 via PayPal (paypal@...) that is up to you. :)

Your host may not have "index.php" set as a "DirectoryIndex".  You should be able to browse to /mail/login.php or /mail/index.php to access ListMail.  You can set the following line in an .htaccess file uploaded to your ListMail folder to load index.php from the base URL:
Code: [Select]
DirectoryIndex index.php
Please let me know if I can be of further assistance.

Please talk to your host about your "PHP script" not working at the ListMail URL.

No I cannot - I do not receive the additional funds that Clickbank charges.  As I mentioned your only recourse would be to refund the sale and then pay me again without ClickBank.
