Question marks in user tracking?

Dean,

Why do I see question marks (?) where there should be "names, email address & list number" when I check the tracking page?

Here's a look at what I see:

Mike,

The question marks appear when you do not have "Track Users" enabled for your links.  When users are not tracked we cannot fill in the name, email, or list of each hit.  We can, however, still track the date and time of each hit to each link.

ListMail tracking still remains at a very basic stage in favour of implementing more useful and complicated features.  I will be improving the process in the near future, however.

Dean,

The "Track Users" option IS enabled and I still get some click throughs with the question marks. Not all of the tracked hits have question marks, many have their name & email address.

The question marks can also be caused when a user clicks the link then removes themselves from your list.  You should still see data if you use the "Keep removed users in database but don't mail" list option.
