Link Tracking HTML image errors

I'm using link tracking to track clicks to newsletter banners.  However, when I receive a copy of my own newsletter, there are ERRORS whith the link tracking code.

Here is a snippet of code:

I should get a nice pretty banner with a link of text below that links to the proper entity.  Intead I get


Atlantic Union College" (the AUC image here) target="_blank">
Atlantic Union College (Both are linked to the correct place.  What's wrong?

Links in HTML messages will automatically be set up in your message with the code.  The process needs to be improved somewhat - What happens is the link "Link Title" is used as "clickable" in HTML.  Therefore, you will need to put your image code in as the link title.
