Esporting and importing a list
« on: October 22, 2007, 06:14:48 pm »
I exported the users of my list #1 and tried to re-import them into list #9.
My reason for doing this was to rename list #1 as my test list, so that I do not inadvertently send out any messages to this list, as I did once.

For some reason I was unable to import them, even though I assigned the correct fields, etc. in the dialog box. Please advise why no records from my list #1 users (now in a csv file) go into into my list 9.

Duplicates are checked for on a per-list basis, so if the list is empty there should be no reason your leads are not being imported.  For a manual investigation you can submit your info here. Please make sure to upload the file you are importing to your ListMail folder and let me know the filename.
