I have been using Listmail for a while now and just noticed a problem I am having.
I received a rather nasty e-mail from one of my subscribers telling me that they had clicked on the opt-out link at the bottom of my newsletter on several diffrent ocassions but kept receiving them anyway. When I checked the user database they still showed up as active instead of removed, so I manually removed them.
I proceded to set up a test list and added just my email address to it. Then I sent out a mailing with the opt-out link at the bottom. I received the mailing and clicked on the opt-out link and everything seemed to work and I ended up at my "Sorry to see you go" page. However, when I checked the user database I was still active.
In short the opt-out link is taking the user to the correct page but it is not removing them from the list.
What could be causing this and how do I fix it?
