imported csv entries are marked as bad addresses

I have tried to import a user list from csv and txt formats.  The original list had some garbage in it and had to be aborted.  I have a clean list now and can import them into PHPlist with no errors.  Any ideas as to how I can get this list imported?

It is impossible for me to say exactly what is happening with this.  I would be willing to investigate.  Please upload your list of leads to your ListMail folder via FTP and let me know the filename.  You can submit this information and your hosting details securely here.
