About three dozen customers sign themselves up on my listmail each day.
Most days I get one or two folks emailing me back - in reply to the first followup message - saying they never got the original welcome message. They are more likey to complain about this missing welcome email because it contains download information for the program they are purchasing.
The complaints are spread across ISP's and, while there are awesome goodies in each of the six followup messages, no one has ever complained about missing one of the followup messages in the year+ that I've used Listmail; an incredible track record in this age of spam. Only the welcome messages go missing.
Listmail rocks BTW! Dean even configured it for me.
I understand that welcome messages and followup messages are sent using different methods. I'd love to have welcome messages be just as robust as the followups. Any ideas?
