latest version file name corrupt?

When I try to save the latest version I get this:
ListMail_v177b.zip.php
as the file name???  

What should it really be?  Drop the .php?

Nothing happens when I click on it as it is.

It's named ZIP for me... If you still have this problem try right-clicking on the link and choosing save as, rather than clicking-through normally.
