I would like to start offering incentivized offers
through affiliate programs, but don't know how to
append a unique SubID for tracking users to see
who places an order.
Can you tell me how this is done?
Thanks

Greetings,
Can you explain in more detail what you would like to do? Are you trying to track referred signups to your list(s), or are you trying to run your own affiliate program for your own product?
Regards, DW

No I'm not trying to setup my own affiliate program.
I just want to be able to track my mailing list users to see
which one's click through to signup for an offer.
For example, I signup as an affiliate of your company to sell
software programs. In my newsletter I advertise your program
and offer my readers a free Ebook as an incentive for buying the
software today. Being that all the orders are handled at your end,
how do I track my readers to see who ordered so I can send them
the free ebook?

Without the company notifying you of the sale there is, from what I can imagine, no way to do this. The company providing the software would need to use some custom script to make a connection to your server/ListMail database to insert the user and send any email. This is not an easy task and requires the sotware provider to make modifications to their server/scripts - this is probably unlikely to be added for just one affiliate...
