When I check the "Use confirmation process?"-checkbox on the List Settings the signup-xtra.php is not executed. Only when I uncheck the "Use confirmation process?"-checkbox the signup-xtra.php is executed. Is it not possible to make signup-xtra.php execute when using the confirmation process?

You're right, I must regretfully inform you that the welcome email, confirmation email, and signup-xtra.php are not currently available during import. This ability is featured in the next update.
