interview with him and I've just completed
reading it, with a loud hurrah and a '5' vote on it, as well as a signup to
your newsletter. Excellent overview!
I would like to ask your permission to reprint the article, with a
signature block to your site. I have a subdomain where I am affiliate for
Dean's LIFESAVER (LOL!!! no kidding!) ListMail Pro. It's located at:

especially autoresponder scripts and online services. A couple of peers in
the industry also have been this route, and we've shared our horror stories
of ongoing, extended length of time in the search, and troubles with even
services with well known names, a.k.a. "big boys." I dubbed this,
"Autoresponder Hell."
And then I ran into Dean's site. Joined the affiliate program. Started
sending info mostly to my friends who were having similar treks in this
Internet necessity. And the SECOND I could afford it, I bought it.
Then the real 'truth in product and service' began. As with my two degree
programs in the distance realm, and a year of teaching online, this
relationship developed into the best of best. There truly IS no better
medium for making strong networking connections, and Dean is living proof
of this. He has been an awesome help from the start. If there is one thing
that sets him apart... it is this (he doesn't know I am going to say
something like this, as we've talked over the technical aspects of a
jillion things...):
He is not afraid to tell a customer that NO, that's not ready yet. I am
working on it. It is coming up etc. etc. ... And he gives you the truth,
and an estimated timeline, and even a projection about where it will be
found in the online documentation.
With other services, I have found that they 1) Don't respond (NOT good
customer service!) or, 2) They have an endless list of 'reasons why.' And
this leaves the client with no solution, and also no hope for a timely
answer. For me... if this were the brick and mortar world, such a product
would be in the waiting line to 'return it at Walmart' (Kmart, whatever....)
Dean simply does not treat his clients this way. So... more than this
excellent product, my experience has been that Dean is tops, absolutely, in
customer service!!

Oh! And I am glad for the intro to your site, as well! I, too, come from a
strong Mac background. And interestingly, it was within the past 6 months
that I did an extensive research on Hobart, and the local areas, based on a
job opportunity I found somewhere online. What a beautiful area of the world!
