« on: October 02, 2006, 09:11:28 am »
Just upgraded from v1.84 to v1.87d.

Upgrade appreared to work but when I treidto send a test email to check on everything I received the following error message:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: stream_set_timeout() in /web06b/eu-careers/html/mail/admin.php on line 2059

(/web06b/eu-careers/) is path to my shared space on hosters server.)

I looked in admin.php on line 2059 but could not figure out anything.

Help from anyone - please.

Thanks,

DW

Please ask your host to upgrade PHP on your server which should fix this error.

This is the first time it's come up... I think most people upgraded long ago.

The version needed is noted here:
http://php.net/manual/en/function.stream-set-timeout.php

Quote
(PHP 4 >= 4.3.0, PHP 5)

This isn't the first time it's come up...  I previously posted a warning about this and asked if maybe you could put requirements up somewhere...  See this thread:  http://listmailpro.com/forum/index.php?topic=1356.0
