Signup and Remove Reports?
« on: January 10, 2007, 01:58:32 pm »
As usual, I apologize if you've already answered this- did my due diligence searching-

I'm trying to track daily signup and removal- is this part of what's supposed to come with the dailymail function?  We're not receiving that, so I don't know.  :?

If not, is there a better way to get reporting like that than manually doing it every day?

Thanks!  :D

Brian,

At this time the best reports are the single-notification style ones you can enable from the 'List Settings' page for each list.  Can you give me some hints on exactly the types of stats you would like to see?  Daily signups and removals - do you want these in detail such as line-by-line including name and email address, or would a simple counter be good too?

Dean,

Thanks for your reply and consideration.

I'm looking for signup and unsubscribe total per day- it's easy enough for me to copy that into excel and manipulate or graph it from there, so daily stats (one per line in three HTML table columns - date, signups, unsubs -would be sufficient).

Thanks!
