When there's no name in the "First Name Field" and the following code is used in an email:

Hi !fname

the email is sent as follows:

Hi No First Name Listed

Where can I find this variable to delete "No First Name Listed" so the email will simply show:

Hi

Just Hi alone would be fine if no name exists.

It seems that you have customized this already.  You can change the text output in the properties of the !fname message code.  Try looking in "Message Codes" > "Global Codes".
