I would like a refund. I am sorry, but please visit the forum where alot of people are having SMTP server errors.
We are running businesses, just like you, and I don't know about anyone, but I cannot wait until the "free support" gets around to visiting the message board.
I understand that you are busy, but if that's the case, maybe you should hire some people to help.
If I told my customers that to wait until I got around to something, I wouldn't have very many customers left.
How do I apply for a refund?
