What is the easiest way to convert a MS Outlook Address Book into a Listmail friendly CVS file?

Thank you

I believe you can only do this with Outlook and not Outlook Express.  Go to "File", "Import and Export", "Export to File", "Comma Separated Values (Windows)".  Save the file to your hard drive then browse, in ListMail, to the "User Database", "Import" page where you can upload your file.
