I just upgraded and now all I can do is login

I just finished the upgrade, and when I login
it opens to:  http://www.multiplestreamsofprofit.com/listmail/editlists.php

It opens to the Admin screen, but all I get is this error:

Unknown column 'chtmlid' in 'field list'

I checked configure.php and everything is correct.

Where have I gone wrong and what can I do to fix it?

I have several lists and one of them has over 2000 subs
I need to do some hot promotions to before it's too late.

I hope someone can give me a quick fix

It would appear that the upgrade isn't taking..  I don't know why ListMail isn't showing us an error.  I get the upgrade message:

Upgrade detected! running..
Your Version: 1.77  New Version: 1.8
Please wait..

Done!

Hitting Refresh on the page after a successful upgrade is supposed to result in the above message NOT showing up - you should only see it once.  Also, I'm a little shaken because it should not say Done without reporting an error, as every MySQL command in the upgrade script is set up with reporting in case of failure...  

Do you want to submit your server details so I can take a look?  I will check to be sure I have not made a mistake in ListMail and/or will try to figure out why the server isn't accepting the update.
