Hi Dean what address can I put at the bottom of my emails so people can unsubscribe automatically.

Instead of using email for removal, which can have problems (especially if you have form subscription so people subscribe with 'catch-all' addresses that cannot easily be sent 'from'), you should use a message code of the type 'Remove Link'.

Why not use !remove which shows the standard removal
code, unless you are wanting something of your own?
