I imported everything just fine.  HOwever I realize now that I should have imported my 160+ thousand members in slowly 5000 to 10000 per day.  Is there a way to only advance a subset of the people in my database or do I need to start over?

Unfortunately, there is not a way to import just some of your list unless you were to separate the list manually into multiple files.

Why would you want to import only 5000 to 10000 per day?

Simply because 160+ thousand email going out all in one day seems to be a lot.  I have heard that a flood of email from a specific IP address will cause you to get blocked.
